Your Real Estate Office Will Be Successful With The Right Marketing Assistant

Contributed by Kandra Hamric - Posted: February 6th, 2007

Every real estate agent could use a marketing assistant. Who’s going to design your post cards, run comps and mail your letters for you? You’ve got way too much to do on your own without having to worry about all the details.

A good marketing assistant will help you close deals faster and free you up to do the things that are necessary for a successful closing. Things like preparing closing papers, looking over offers and summarizing them for you so you don’t have to analyze every detail, and even preparing showings, stagings and open houses. A marketing assistant is the perfect addition for any size real estate office and we’re real good at setting appointments for you according to your calendar schedule.

Here Are A Few Tips For SEOing Your Website

Contributed by Kandra Hamric - Posted: February 4th, 2007

When you built your real estate website, did you include your meta tags? If you want your website to rise in search engine rankings, you should do everything you can to make it easy for them to find the information on your website and read it. That means, proper meta tags.

So what’s a meta tag? If you put your mouse in the middle of your website and right click, you’ll get a menu box of items to choose from. Click on “View Source.” You’ll see a box of code pop up. Give Your Clients The Gift Of “We’ve Moved” Post Cards When They Close On Their New Home

Contributed by Kandra Hamric - Posted: February 2nd, 2007

Post cards. You can’t run a real estate company without them. Post cards tell your customers and potential customers that you have their best interests in mind. But there’s another way you can use post cards to embed the value of your service into the minds of your clients. Give them a “closing” gift.

Picture your client’s new home on the cover with the caption “We’ve Moved!” They can then mail these post cards to family and friends to notify them of their new address and they are licking the stamps they’ll be thinking of you - the real estate agent who helped them find their new home and who gave them such a wonderful gift to go along with it.

Suffering from Blog Post Brain Freeze?

Contributed by Kandra Hamric - Posted: December 19th, 2006

I know RE agents and Virtual Assistants get a brain freeze when trying to come up with things to write about in their blog. The rule is- if you are stuck you shouldn’t be writing a blog post. This isn’t always the case, sometimes you just need someone or something to get the creative side flowing. A friend of mine sent this to me, and I thought I would share it with all of you. You shouldn’t be stuck for at least 106 posts. click here
