Agents with a Plan
I just got off the phone with a petential client and have heard a lot of the same thing that agents struggle with in business.
They get going, do it all on their own and then hire someone and try to teach them.
What gets left out? A plan!
I think in order to build a strong business you have to have your systems in place.
I wonder if any of the “Big 3″ did it without a plan?

This is very true. I’ve been noticing myself that several of my clients and their colleagues do not have a set plan or “manual” for their administrative and coordination tasks. I’m beginning to think I need to rethink and evolve my services to accommodate this need….
