Real Estate Buyer Client Questionnaires
A real estate agent will ask a buyer “what are you looking for in a home?” The answer they generally receive would not be anything the buyer ends up buying. For instance they would say something like – “I would like a Ranch with a first floor laundry (not in the basement) and it to be in the city fabulous.” They would end up buying a Colonial in a different city with the laundry room in the basement. I think it’s important for an agent to have a form for their buyers to fill out. Something that has to make them think about what they are really looking for when buying a home. One big question is “what township/city do you want to live in and what others would you consider?” By putting together a buyer questionnaire form an agent is going to eliminate a lot of frustration in the home search. Do you have a buyer form? If so, what does your form have on it?

Hi Kandra - I love the idea of a buyer form and have not prepared one for any of my clients. Would you be willing to share?
