I haven't read Walk Like a Giant or 21 Things... I'll have to pick them up!

My all-time favorites and the books that helped me tremendously when I was starting out in the real estate niche were Dan Gooder-Richard's Real Estate Rainmaker and Online Real Estate Rainmaker. Excellent online marketing ideas are explained in these books.

Of course, we can't leave out Mike Russer's ePower! Pro™ Book which includes a veritable gold mine of online guerilla marketing tactics.
