Real Estate Closing Gifts
What types of closing gifts do your clients send out? I am always lookiking for new closing gift ideas. I was thinking of this last night and came up with a good idea, however I just need to think about more things to add to it. I thought of a CD with things like:
1) Family Budget template done in excel
2) Grocery List template
3) Children’s Chore List
that is about how far I have gotten.

How’s this for a closing gift: Got to the local video store and get a gift certificate for several movies, a box of popcorn, a six pack of pop and some sort of chocolate candy like M & M’s or Hershey’s Kisses. Then get a large decorative bowl with some matching smaller bowls (to match the number of family members), matching paper napkins, put all the other items in it. Call it Movie Night at Home. I have an idea. I call it movie night. You get a large decorative bowl and in it you put a box of popcorn, gift certificate from the local movie rental place for several movies, matching napkins and bowls and of course some individually wrapped candies and some sort of favorite pop!! Then the family gets to view a movie with refreshments in their new home. Luv It!!

I have an idea. I call it Movie Night. Purchase a very large brightly colored bowl. Fill it with matching bowls, as many as are in the family, and napkins. Then put in a box of movie popcorn, some individually wrapped candies and a gift certificate from the local movie rental place. The family can sit down and enjoy a movie after getting moved into their new home. Melissa
