  This is a great list of items! 
One that I have seen work real well is when you have a buyer or seller that have just gone through the negotiation process and have a PA signed the agent should send flowers to the clients at work with balloons. The balloons draw attention to co-workers and they will inquire &quot;who sent you the flowers.&quot; It is a great way to say &quot;thank you&quot; and create the top of mind awareness in their office.</description>
